Where does Gamoraq deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Special handling or remote-location charges, when applicable, will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after processing. Most orders require 1–2 business days for processing.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we will email it to you after your order ships. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to update.
For large freight orders, the carrier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Do large products include installation?
Assembly and installation are not included unless specifically stated on the product page.
Do I need a permit for a shed?
Permit, foundation, zoning, and homeowners’ association requirements vary by location. Customers should check all applicable local requirements before purchasing or installing an outdoor structure.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact support@gamoraq.shop immediately. We will try to cancel the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.
What is your return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must generally be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the product, packaging, and shipping labels, retain all materials, and email support@gamoraq.shop promptly with your order number.
