Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize Gamoraq and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for:

  • Shipping or special-handling charges disclosed during checkout

  • Any other charges clearly displayed before the purchase is completed

Your payment method may be authorized when you place the order. The charge may appear on your statement immediately or after the order has been confirmed, depending on the payment provider.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.

Orders may be reviewed before processing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of:

Duplicate Charges

A pending authorization may sometimes appear separately from the completed charge. Pending authorizations are normally released automatically by the bank.

If you believe you were charged more than once, email support@gamoraq.shop with your order number and relevant transaction details. Do not send complete card numbers by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

After a refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a problem with your order, contact us first at support@gamoraq.shop. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Submitting a false or fraudulent payment dispute may result in the cancellation of related orders or restriction of future purchases.
